@aelizia It took around 3 weeks, their customer service rep was awful but got there in the end.

Ups are asking for the box to be returned so they can investigate

Don’t, they’ll probably say no refund which will at worse make the process longer. You returning the box shouldn’t be a reason to not provide you a refund.
