I can't say that my request is not taken into account, but I have the impression that they give me the same answer and impossible for them to give an explanation...
Understand that when I am on appeal, I ask that it be forwarded to the superior, which is done, but the answer is never the one expected. In the end, they are playing with me, on the one hand representatives with no power, on the other hand superiors absolutely stupid...

The advisor tells me that he will come back to me with an answer after having contacted his superiors. The answer ended with this: Any request related to your order or this copy of the conversation will be closed, and we will not respond anymore.
As a result, the email is no longer working, and since the chat agents have access to the email, they are not following up either. I stayed 1 hour on a chat with them, the representative was copying and pasting the same answer for 1 hour, I was at my wit's end. Same thing for the call, when I call it's exactly the same scenario. I explain clearly to the person that I want a copy and if it is refused, I want to know why, but these no brains come back with the same answers over and over. Quite frankly, I've tried to force it, but it doesn't work. Maybe an action with Paypal would force them to reveal this famous conversation? Honestly, I'm pretty sure there's nothing left to get from their customer service... What should I do?
