In my case it's been over 10 days since I claimed EB, in EU. I talked with US reps only and ticket was updated after 9 days just to tell me it will take some more time.

I'm sure they added some extra time just to see if the device gets activated or not.

I will update if it was a success or not soon.

About why it's still working in 2023, it looks like their refund policy is just as light as we think as of now.

It seems that the claims are reported to 'ingeneers teams' as the support rep can't make an approval by himself if they don't wait 7/14 days (after reporting the claim). As ingeneers won't bother using their time for this, tickets reported to them don't get any answer and the refund is processed. The rep don't get involved with the transporter in any way.

The meta pro EB is just an higher level of priority wether because it's the pro ver. or because of it's price.

That's how I see it.

Quest has came in, will open a ticket in an hour or so and hopefully all goes smoothly
Chat agent requested picture of label and the empty box, they forwarded it to their team and I am now awaiting a response via email. As always be nice to your chat reps too, probably helps increase SR a bit lol
