Follow tracking to see if the carrier is lasership, and if they took a picture. Lasership is pretty shitty and a fine use for DNA, I'd probably go that route. If there's a picture you can obviously still DNA but it may complicate it, but so will photoshop/broken glass disposed/shipping back item method, so in that case, pick whichever is more convenient for you (probably still DNA.) Perhaps contact lasership first so when they've concluded their investigation that it arrived and tell you to contact nordstrom, you can do just that and prevent any "ask your mother, ask your father" type of nonsense, speed things along. I shot them with the DNA. Rep told me she requested investigation with laser ship and will have them contact me in 1 BD and if it cant be located to contact them back. Have you had the same scenario?

Mine was different because I had already reached out to lasership before nordstrom, so the carrier investigation was completed first which quickly gave nordstrom their answer and the conclusion ground to grant a refund, seeing as it was just dropped at my door. No worries though, I'd say just wait and you'll be there too. Keep updates.

In terms of every DNA, the norm Is to contact them the day after the delivery.

Had previous experience with Ontrac deliveries from BB. This time it's from nordstrom
