Regarding the boxing that I try with amazon.es. The representatives that I have come across do not want to hear anything and tell me that I have to request an escalation of the case because they dont find tue box in their return service. Do I have to ask for an escalation even though I was recently under an ofm? Is it too risky or can I do it? (Knowing that the ofm was on my French account)

Oh sorry, I made a typo. Since the package is empty they did not consider that my package arrived at their warehouse

If anything Is to trigger the OFM'd account, It's your repeated communications back and forth.
