First they asked for photo and in second email now they asking for video of device with serial number on it stating it has already been replaced a week ago and in order to process a replacement they need a video proof. I believe they have already made it difficult.

Worked out for me great! they said I should receive it in 5-7 days, Although I did say that during the troubleshooting steps the battery started leaking and I disposed of it due to children and that seem to work

There delivery service ups is bloody shit, i delivered one to my friends house and it didn't even come yet they marked it as delivered lol

Funny thing is this worked to my favour. I have sent them my address and they mistyped it and sent it to the house on the next road with the same number.
I contact customer service and they see that they out in wrong address and re send the package and I go over and knock on the other house and get the package.
Now I got two of those vaporizers.
