What are they referring to with the "status"?

So apparently they need a PR that has a status of being closed or completed not pending. I just can’t access it online so I’ve been sending them the PDF report that was sent to me.

Also, should I make a separate thread for this? I would like people needing the info to be able to search for it properly.

Yes, It's best to create a thread.

To conclude this thread, Walmart is pretty disorganized and brain dead. It’s pretty easy to SE once and done as long as it’s not a high value electronic. Anything high value or repeated, will likely require a signature which they do not budge from. I didn’t even get to appeal without risk of immediate account closure.

Easy SE as long as no signature.

Simply fake It.
