Apple has taken my health and safety concern So seriously they wouldn't replace the item unless they had the old item. It was disposed of due to injury to my son, now they want medical proof, pictures of him and the broken item. And even then they say they might not replace it, sheesh, RE: Apple One time exception still a thing? - mothered - 07-18-2022 (07-17-2022, 06:25 PM)Gunshotglamour Wrote: now they want medical proof, pictures of him and the broken item. And even then they say they might not replace itIf they cannot commit to a replacement, what's the point of requesting the said Information? Tell them you're more than happy to comply, but only If It's used for the purpose of assessing the claim for a replacement. I just don't know how I'll make it look the way I described. Ripped in half crushed and shattered, unrecognizable.
