Actually pretty easy. Bought 2 jackets , said one was missing. Said i wanted to go on a hike etc. Took one and half week. After that they offered a refund or a new jacket.

I mean spoiled means that they sent you something that expired, don't they ask for it back? maybe some pictures?or you just say that you threw it away?

My protein sometimes offers a "without prejudice credit to the account", meaning they refund the account even though the circumstances of the claim don't warrant It. It's similar to Apple's one-time exception.

Gillette Claim 1x
Philips is still easy, sunglass hut is just giving away shades lol. And Gillette is pretty smooth, for 50 bucks and under they usually dont ask for pop, anything over and you'll pop.
