I've stuck to It for years, and my teeth & gums are In a very healthy state.

I brush my teeth twice a day. But my older sister didn't brush them at all. For some people it's normal, everyone has different teeth, some people's teeth deteriorate even if you take care of them, and some people don't deteriorate at all. But my sister had bad teeth, she didn't brush them and over the years they got worse and worse. She ate a lot of sweets and pounded nuts with her teeth, always didn't understand why she did it. Eventually they started to hurt a lot, she couldn't take it anymore, my mom took her to the hospital where she got [Link Redacted] . Her teeth became very white, I didn't even recognize my sister. My sister even started to meet guys, which is rare. So you have to brush your teeth.

3, 4 max. floss after every meal, use antiseptic and anticavity mouthwash. Also have a waterfloss.
yed im a bit obsessive with my teeth. Also, gum is a must as xylitol starves out the bad bacteria in ur mouth causing them to think its food but its not. Most who chew xylitol (sugar free gum) daily wont get cavities.

Twice a day. Sometimes only once depending on how I eat. After drinking anything other than water i always follow up with water to avoid staining my teeth. Had one problem with my teeth as a kid but all my adult teeth have been perfect. White and strong.
