a trusted refunder and someone who actually responds. some people i've tried refunds with before would just leave the message on read. sometimes even fail the refund and blame me.

If the refunder Is trusted, he/she "will respond" and complete the SE efficiently and effectively In every facet to meet the customer's needs.

He's certainly trusted, and there's no Indication to believe otherwise.

I'd say you're safe to use his services for subsequent SEs.

How do I get in contact with the guy that helped you with this? I haven't SE'd before, and I've purchased from ASOS numerous times, looking to spend roughly the same amount as OP did.
