Would I buy anything in between. And why would I refund some store if I don’t have an account over there. To get experience, I have refunded, like customer service, I just wonder about this one because I’ve never hit anything 400$ or more. Sorry about the confusion with my previous post. What I meant is, make a smaller legitimate purchase on the account first before attempting the big refund. That way it will look more real. They're very hands-on with chargebacks (they'll go back and forth with you asking for details, more so than other banks I've done) but I think this works in your favor if you got your story and documentation right. I've done this with Ftid on a high value amazon order and won RE: Ask me anything (about social engineering & refunding) - koohiiwonomimasu69 - 05-05-2024 where's the best place to hit for glasses now that rayban/sgh is dead RE: Ask me anything (about social engineering & refunding) - db8803 - 05-07-2024 (05-04-2024, 11:01 PM)magicmissile Wrote:(05-04-2024, 07:25 PM)db8803 Wrote: Anyone have any experience with Wise chargebacks? That is what I am asking. Because they ask for to much details about the transaction and also another transaction totally unrelated to the dispute. Do you think I should go further or just leave the chargeback and take the loss? Well it depends on what your claim is. I did a ftid and said something along the lines of "I've returned the product and after the deadline given by the store I still haven't received my refund" and they asked for chat logs and emails which I sent 30 pages of, they didn't ask anything about other transactions.
