Paypal finally accepted it and i won the case! Didnt make a police report just an Action Fraud Case and it was piss easy. Thank you everyone for your help!

I have done Argos about five times and it has been straight forward. You definitely should've purchased another item with it. Just be careful with PayPal, if you open too many cases then they will permanently ban your account and you won't be able to open another one.
