After personally getting 13 refunds for OnePlus, I can tell you now that it is 100% patched for refunds. I have spent hours on the phone to these guys, I've been told the process they go through and everything.,
They will do a 3-5 day investigation in which they will just check the tracking, see that it's been delivered and tell you the claim for DNA has been rejected.
You can then escalate it again & again & again & again and they will continue to reject you until your return window is over. Once your return window is over, you can no longer return it and they will simply cease contact with you and say there is nothing else they can do.
OnePlus refunding is dead.
Edit: This isn't just from me - I run a small group of refunders who have all succesfully refunded orders of 4 phones at a time a few weeks ago and at some point in the last two weeks, OnePlus has put a massive stop to it. We've tried everything. No luck.

Yep! I'm glad people managed a few refunds! This was my biggest refund to date at 3 lots of £2796 per order, as soon as it was leaked on here + other forums, I knew it wouldn't be long before it got patched. This is why private methods + companies stay private. Fortunately we've found a UK company who are literally throwing away £1800 tablets at free will atm!
