I am fairly new to all this and the more I surf the more I am realizing it to be a waste of time because about 90% of the info is either fake and the other 6% old the remaining 4% is where
I see others operating but it remains for a very limited amount of time.
Sigh .... This is tough.
Do you know any combo generator ?

I'm not sure why they'd be referring to port numbers to obtain proxy lists, particularly Port 80- this Is the main protocol for HTTP communications between the client and the web server.

As for port 443, It's primarily used for secure HTTPS traffic. In answer to your question. both ports are open to exchange secure & Insecure traffic, so there's no need to address them when grabbing/scrapping proxy lists.
