We don't know that, I think that's why it would but wise to be vague regarding certain details of SEs etc.

According to meta the Investigation takes a minimum of 1 week, they promise to update when it's complete.
Whether they are wising up or purely inundated with claims etc remains to be seen but it seems the general timeline is over a week at this point.

SE successful after 11 days, we can safely assume this is a one time refund per address as others have stated.
Here's a direct quote from meta -
"We do not recommend placing another online order with us as if this were to happen again we would not be able to process and refund and would ask you to work with your local authorities as it could be something happening to others in the area also."
I think we can assume they are most certainly wising up.
