Yeah I paid with PP but it seems like it’s their internal issues hut I don’t have the time and patience to wait on them to ship out a single item for a whole month and then wait on them weeks after weeks

You Ordered 4 weeks ago and still hasn't been resolved?
Ordered it 5 weeks ago to double dip it, received it in 1 week and then started the EB process, got 1 of the 2 RMAs sent out immediately and now waiting on another one for the past 4 weeks and now they won’t even deal with my EB

What country are you from and what are they replying with

I'd prefer not to say the country but in the EU and I think they lost my RMA because they keep replying with that the warehouse team is working hard on shipping out the RMA, just the same copy-paste answer to me everytime.

Well I'm in the uk and it's been a week and they're saying the same copy paste to me

But Changing out specialist logistics And warehouse occasionally

Most likely because of the Christmas they have issues shipping items out

I have a question (wich can seem dumb), for the empty box, I say there is nothing in it? Not even the bubble protectors that are on each side of the box?
