When I opened dispute in paypal that items damaged or not as described, they want damage report. Is there any fake generator for this reports?

From the service or from any shop to confirm that items are damaged

Given the target you're SEing did not specify the company (hence "or from any shop" as per above), they wouldn't know the difference between a fake document and the real deal.

since i live in holland i recieve the package in my house and sometimes sign for it sometimes do would the dna still work if id were to just put a different signature
