Yeah apparently so some were saying to contact an advisor aswell

I chased it up on Friday and was informed via email the investigation can take at least a week and I will be contacted when it is complete, I've emailed again today and am waiting on further correspondence.

Rest assured I will notify here when I know the outcome.

"The investigation can take at least a week so there are no updates today"

That was the response on Friday, undoubtedly they will contact you when the investigation is complete I just thought I would try and fast track the process although this is unlikely.
