They send the retail package, so everything you need to get started. If you are not from the US, they will still send you a US adapter.

As far as I know, they do not check order ID's.

they told me too they was checking the order ID and they can't see it. But I think those are just bullshits.
I just say that I was at telephone with amazon and they told me that was dazzepro's responsibility
I told them if it was a problem they just pickup my broken toothbrush and fix it.

I'm just going to flip it on Bay/Craigs like I do half the stuff I SE/Refund.
But now that you mention it, nipping one from a store and returning it for in-store credit a few days later sounds much easier.
