Yes of all phones, It had to be Huawei.

I didn't care what manufacturer, make or model It was. I was willing to pay a good amount for a more superior phone but the Huawei Is all they had at the time.

They compensate with affordability.

In android you can get most apps for free, just do this :
1.Buy a google play gift card.
2.Download APK extractor
3.Download the app you want to get for free with the gift card.
4.Extract its APK
5.Refund the app
6.Install the app again from the APK file
7.??????/??
8.Profit

Yeah that is much easier, but as always the APK could be modified with malicious intent. I know this is unlikely and going online may be the better option but this is safer plus there are some APKs which i cannot find online.

usually apks that are modified are easily distinguishable due to file size and application process

Had an accounting professor that spent at least 10 minutes bashing Apple a week or two ago. Seems like they've done worse overall (financially speaking) after the death of Jobs. I find it funny people will still pay for the new phone every year, despite it being more and more similar aesthetically/spec-wise to the previous.
