What can I do ?

This is only for a couple of second while its setting up virtual network adapters.
Also i think you should use a IDE like Code Blocks or Visual Studio for windows development.

Can you help me to install linux ubuntu ? Do I need to back up files before installing it ?

If you're installing into a virtual box, you don't.
Otherwise, it's always good to have backups

Ok , but if I save linux files on another hard drive, for ex: on D disk ? Can I keep my prev/program files on C disk, and new files(linux) on D disk ?

When you set up VirtualBox, you will create a virtual hard drive which is essentially a very large file. When you save files on Linux in a VM, all these files will be saved in the virtual hard drive. You don't need to back anything up (though you should always have important files backed up, regardless) and you can keep all your Windows files where they are.
