I never tested in depth how a binder work, are you sure that it makes the virus UD / FUD? Antivirus nowadays implement not only signature based scanning, but also heuristic and memory write patterns analysis so even if it is hidden it should still be detected. I think (but this is just an assumption) that this method is suitable for encrypted / stealth / polymorphic / metamorphic virus as they can easily overcome antivirus. I'd also signal that Behaviour Blocking software are being implemented: they rely on the assumption that a virus when the payload triggers will perform a well define action such as alter some system configuration etc. As soon as i have time i'll write something more specific in the white hat section. Despite that thanks for the post, i believe it is useful as many systems especially client side ones are still vilnerable to this kind or propagation/infection

Extra tip for YT spreading: Use Addmefast (or similar) to give some likes and stuff to make it seem more legit.
