I am assuming you claimed MEB? What did you tell paypal microsoft said?
i ordered a surface pro and the keyboard for it and i claimed PEB, and because i told them that the talptop/tablet itself was missing they refunded me the full amount.
i just selected that ive contacted microsoft support via phone so  paypal didnt ask what their response was

yes anything should work as long as microsoft doesnt respond and thats the case usually so ur good

Interesting.. very tempted. They don’t “black list” the laptop or anything I’m assuming?

I have seen lots of posts on this forum that Microsoft did respond to their PP claim, so I think you’re rolling the dice.

Not to mention, even if they don’t respond to the PP claim, they’ll still be aware of the refund going out. That could easily trigger a ban of the serial number etc. Just not sure if that will affect anything like a phone does.

don't think it's the same as a phone, not really sure what they could really ban in all honesty with Windows. just use a different MS account to login, and then create a Local Account on the laptop that's not associated with anything afterwards

How far apart do you guys leave it before doing another PP dispute? I want to do MS and Meta but obviously can't do them so close together or PP themselves will know I'm obviously taking the piss

I think, M$ is able to ban motherboard of Xbox. Then you won’t be able to connect to their servers. All other equipment is safe I guess.
