Yeah sure I know that, but Google doesn't care. As I said, they are adamant that it was delivered and won't refund me.

they didn't, but still they deny to refund because it's delivered on traking

Tracking only confirms delivery to the address, not the recipient, hence It does not conclude receipt of goods.

If you order from the official Samsung site a brick will arrive, they block them 100%

You need to use other stores, amazon once blocked us two Samsung S23 Ultra, but the guys activated them very early, you should have waited for a refund first and preferably it should have been at least a month before it was activated, then it should be fine.

Google does not bork their phones, you can safely make returns, but it is also not recommended to activate it before a full refund to your account.
