I forum to interact with the community. I can share my opinions, views and ideas without someone judging me. I can express myself. I learn tonnes of new things. I make new friends. I pass the time. I talk. I discuss. I love forums.

It's a good way to see differing opinions from others, especially in different cultures. It's a fun way to argue/discuss topics and see different viewpoints that you wouldn't be able to do with your friends. The abundance of information is also appealing. I also spent a lot of time alone due to personal reasons and a forum is a neat place to continue to converse with people and learn.

So you basically use them so you can be who you are and be social? I like that.

I think that these are also very good reasons, as debating is very good and on top of that the abundance of information on forums is staggering. Think about it.

I love to have intelligent discussion/s with a certain topic of my interest. Forums are a great avenue for pursuing knowledge of a certain interest. That's what I view my forum addiction as.

Well in that case, you should probably go to the debate/serious discussion section. Amazing place, considering you've got Xerilith, Evangelist, Harvey and God all debating.

Got banned for 2 weeks for having multiple accounts, then when I got unbanned I got closed
