They've misinterpreted your account's history, hence the OFM must be reversed.

Your accounts In other regions obviously do not have the same transactions, so they won't be affected.

That said, Amazon has been known to flag accounts under the same credentials In different regions, but only when they've thoroughly Investigated their history.

Your account Is back to normal and can be used as per usual, but It's treading on thin Ice.

If you breach their terms over a single Incident, there's a high chance It will be closed.

Okay, thanks for your answer. Could I start to SE them again one day? And if so, how long do you think it will take?

Absolutely, you can do It from this point onwards.

But you cannot afford to raise suspicion to the point of the account being Investigated.

Follow this up:

(11-02-2022, 11:20 AM)mothered Wrote: Your account's activity definitely does not warrant an OFM.

Ask them why they've determined that 2 refunds are classed as a high number of refunds on the account.

They answer me this :

Dear customer,

We contacted you to better understand your account activity and to determine how we can improve your shopping experience.

We have not taken any action against your account, so you can continue to place orders. We appreciate your efforts to comply with our sales policies.

We may not respond to further emails on this issue.

Sincerely,

Does it mean that all the suspicions have been removed from my account?
