Did you have success with this? I was hoping to use my brother's name and payment but same address but not sure if it would work.

Worked easy mate. Refunded 2/3 items on the second account, 2 days after the first account was successful. Same address diffrent name and payment. Enjoy

Congrats, enjoy your refund.

From following this thread and other recent ASOS related posts its seems that this "$150 limit" came up because someone said they had success with that price and then suggested another user stay under this amount when asking.

As such I dont believe this 150 limit to be true.

Therefor, for those asking if they can do $xxx amount, short answer is, probably.

When thinking logically about price limits I would suggest thinking of increments of <100, <150, <200, <250, <500, <750, <1000 etc.

As I have seen users already been successful with orders between 150-200, I think that you are safe with orders <200.

That is not to say 200 is the limit, so there is no issue trying above this

Like just claim a peb via chat? They refunded shoes?

Anyone tried this from the US yet? Last year tried a $400 DNA and they made me do this 20 plus minute chat where I had to recite "Yes I do" or something like that to all these questions about the package. It was like a police interrogation but they said they were going to refund me but they didn't so I had to do a chargeback on their lying ass.

What was their reason to decline the claim?

Might have been because I made 2 orders and the 1st one was so slow to ship they came very close together. I've never been through anything like at any store since. Even B&H Photo only makes you sign a paper.

This I felt like I was joining a cult the way I had to keep repeating the same phrase over and over again.

No reason they just started ignoring me or disconnecting from chat or repeating lies. I think they even hid the chat button from me like Target did after too many refunds. I had to do the the whole change VPN IP, change browser and user agent, and sometimes change device and use cellular instead of Wi-Fi.

Wayfair corporate told me to shop elsewhere. I'm going to get them for that.
