Ngl, they haven't replied to any of my refund requests lol. Not even my store credit, they haven't shipped a single one although they've accepted my warranty request. Odd.
Took me up to 3 months to get the money, just keep pushing them every once in a while

Belkin is still working as of 2023. Got an advanced replacement from Belkin (200$ charger) and they specified I didn't need to send anything back at all.
