If you can't get anyone to send you an empty box picture, your best shot I to go onto ebay, Facebook marketplace etc. and ask sellers for an empty box picture. Word it like 'Hey, im considering buying this but I just need a picture of the empty box with the earphones outside the box (just crop the picture then) for proof they're real/not stolen (whatever other good excuse you can think of).

Send the same copy paste messege and send it to at least 10 people and one of them hopefully complies.

Can you ask the person who received your gift to take a photo and email It to you?

I can, but its for my mom birthday and she will knows the purpose of that (she knows that I’m doing SE) and I don’t want that
What picture exactly is required ? Just one picture of the earbuds protecting box empty ?

Simply tell her you need the photo for warranty purposes.

They have finally got back to me via email and are opening a dispute with currior.
