They organized the return, and I gave the courier a box that's apparently been tampered with.
Now I'm waiting to be contacted by them once they receive the empty box

Success! Got an email from Philips today in which they said they received an empty box, yet their team agreed to send me a new item nonetheless and I'll receive tracking infos soon.
