I thought the same. Given that every game is around 20 or more $/€ I was thinking the same, but then I think they will just lower the price to a very accessible one for everyone, instead of giving them straight away for free in this way

I used DNA Method, everything was shipped in the same box (Pro Bundle). They did a small investigation, I ended up calling into 2-3 reps and did a small amount of talking on chat box, it was pretty straight forward DNA. They asked me to talk to my neighbors to see if they'd accidentally gotten the package. Basically was just very genuine.

Well, they're already selling it at a loss, give or take, since your personal data is worth way more to FB than your upfront money
You can totally pirate every game BTW, no need to spend money in their shop, there's a whole sub on Reddit dedicated to this

Yesterday I complained by chat and they asked me to say it again along with the images in an email addressed to the chat agent.
For the moment 24 hours later, they have only asked me what solution I would prefer. But they are still investigating.
Obviously the product is still closed

oculus arrived next day midday, put my request for a refund on the live chat in at 4pm, "further investigation needed" (after asking for my preferred reimbursement method which is funny), 1am my refund is has been accepted and is processing.
