Few months ago i did huge 5k+ order for amazon, all arrived fine except the Ryzen CPU was opened with razor blade and they took CPU left the cooler.
i dont care refunded all that shit eZ

Do not give In to their Incapacity to address such a simple request.

As an SE'er, push them to their absolute limit and never take "no" for an answer.
