Any idea if this method works in AUS?

If not, what other methods are most successful with nike .au

As a matter of Interest, what was the Item and which method did you use?

Clothes and Shoes, around 25 items. Paid a boxer to do FTID however the parcel stopped moving after being processed by the Carrier. When it did I contacted the carrier and they had said they are unable to locate the parcel and will start an investigation to locate it. Upon that I contacted Nike and had them investigate with the carrier as well.

Nike sent me an email a few days later concluding that the parcel is at their receiving center and the parcel was empty and therefore they wouldn't take any further action. Right after I contacted the carrier and asked about the whereabouts of the parcel, carrier informed me its at their facility and they were unable to deliver it. I asked them to send it back to me and they said they would which they never did, so I was correct to assume they dont know where it is.

I responded to nikes email and had them reinvestigate as they lied that the parcel is at their receiving center since it doesn't show on tracking to have moved there and the carrier said its at their facility. I acted innocent and wanted clarity in as of to what had happened. Again a few days later they emailed me that the reinvestigation has been concluded and no refund would be issued as they have confirmed with the carrier that the content was missing and that be the end of the story.

I found their wording to be poor, when i called the carrier the agent told me they couldn't deliver it because the content had been removed lol - I used that and responded to Nike again explaining in steps how the tracking shows I dropped the parcel at this date, it got scanned on this date and processed on this date , since then it was at the good hands of the carrier. I Informed them the agent had said "content had been removed" and further explained that even if I had sent them an empty parcel which by the way is not true, it's got nothing to do with the carrier. Their sole responsibility is getting the parcel from point a to b - I said they failed in explaining to me why they did not just simply deliver it as this is what they are supposed to do. So if it did get scanned and processed as tracking shows, why did they magically decide it's empty and we're not delivering it ? Empty or full they had to deliver it to you. So whatever happened to its content happened under their care which is why they did not proceed with the delivery.

After this email they said nothing more and simply issued the refund.

They've totally mismanaged your claim, as well as the series of events that took place.

The majority makes no sense In their attempt to justify themselves, and rest Is contradictory. It's embarrassing from their standpoint, as a company who's supposed to be reputable and serve their customer's needs accordingly.

Thanks for sharing your experience. It's beneficial to know that they have the capacity to operate In total disarray.

3.5k is impressive. I've never used the FTID method, seems popular nowadays.

Stating the obvious, clear your browser's cache or use another one.

If that doesn't help and the Issue persists, contact Nike support.
I just used the app

I was experiencing the issue on the Chrome browser both on my laptop and my phone so I downloaded the app and placed it through there and it worked.

Brilliant, great work with the persistence.
Find that daily pressure always helps and laying out your argument logically helps apart from when you receive template answers and can't really engage with a human being. Then pressure pressure usually works.

Hopefully they don't check and notice the difference In appearance.

In canada, they wont.

ordered black/white vapormaxes, returned pink/black women shoes in a small size.

That's hilarious, great post and original idea xD

Its not the best method - i've used it many times and most of the time the delivery fails - however that doesn't mean the refund fails. In cases like this you have to analyze the tracking record and argue respectively. If the person on the other end has some functioning brain cells, he could make it really hard for you but fortunately they aren't the brightest hehe.

Yeah I just looked at @mothered's explanation of it and it looks really risky. In your case with that many items, surely you needed to have the boxer (how much did you pay btw?) ship something of similar weight right? Explain it to me. I'm curious how'd it even go down.

LMAO, I'm thinking back to one of my first BS attempts at Xbox when I sent them a pair of old shoes and they sent them back cleaned and everything.

I'm in Canada and I've returned a lot to Nike and I never thought to do this.
