This Is good news.

If they had evidence to suggest that It was In fact delivered and accepted, they would've used It by now. It seems they've got nothing In their defense.
tbf the driver did leave the package, when i opened the door he was no where to be seen but said "have a good day".

Haven't read the other comments but ASOS have cut down on their refunds. DNA, missing items, etc don't seem to work there anymore and I attempted to FTID them a few weeks ago however the only way to return to them now is to take your order to a store where they will print out the label for you, therefore not a chance at FTID.

His word Is of no value.

As long as a signature was not required and photos were not taken at the delivery point, then you're good to go.

update: the refund confirmation was sent today after only 3 emails. Deathstroke initially contacted ASOS and then i sent two emails since he didn't have access to my gmail. i transferred the previously agreed fee. he was very helpful and sent replies in no longer than 24 hours.

It's great to read the SE succeeded, and also the fact that Deathstroke Is a trusted SE'er.

Was a good time reading this thread and I'm glad it ended on a high note (except for the sizes lol)
Keep it up.

What a shame- after all that time & effort to finally succeed with the SE, you cannot personally use the joggers.

Given they're brand new, you'll get a very decent return when selling on eBay.

i’m still satisfied with the rest. i’ve listed them on both eBay and depop for a bit less than retail.

Without question, you should be well and truly satisfied.

You've found a trusted refunder, which can be rather difficult to locate.
