RE: NEED Walmart FTID help! - OriginalApe - 06-10-2020

guys, to make this clear, FTID does work, i've been using this method for the past few weeks on more than 8 orders so far regarding clothes and shoes (one shoe per order or one tracksuit per order) and I've returned it without any problems.

For electronics, this is a different procedure for me. I have my "method/story" when I initiate returns for clothes (a simple covid-19 gaining weight etc...) As for electronics, this is way harder than I expected. I failed my costco refund but that was DNA and now walmart. both orders excess over 1k each. Back to the drawing board fellas...

As mentioned in the previous email our warehouse has confirmed that they have not received this item.

Sincerely,

So, i'm going to return the ipad. Im exhausted.
Tragic. Have you spoke to managers and complained that it's their fault for losing your package?

If you want, you can try again with new information and trying with their address on the label. If they claim they don't have it, you can open an investigation with carrier that'll prove it was sent to them.

and even if you wouldve delivered to their warehouse as "Junk"
I find it hard to believe they would just throw it away
Especially being that the tracking number is on that "junk" mail

For smaller companies, maybe. With large companies, they receive tons of packages a day. They don't hold onto junk mail.

I don't think it's an issue with electronics in general - it's just the company and method. It's important to note what methods work with what companies for data points. Appears Walmart with a nearby address doesn't work (through rep. Have you actually spoken with supervisors yet?). What happened in your Costco DNA?

Also, failure isn't a bad thing. You've learned more about how the company operates and now you'll have a higher chance of success next time around. You also have more experience in general for other companies now too.

Given the FTID Is predominantly tracking-based and delivery manipulation, why didn't you use the exact same procedure with Walmart?

Understood, thanks for confirming my query.

Did the guy mention "why" he believes It doesn't work with the said companies? As with the DNA, the FTID Is a universal method and not Item-based nor company-specific, so I'm at a loss as to why he believes It only works with certain companies.
