Guys I would like to know if its beter if I do a missing item with only a airpods in the box or I should order something heavy with the airpods, like I was going to buy a mac legit, so I thought to buy a mac and add the airpods and after claim that the airpods are minning in the box.

Just out of curiosity was there a specific reason you used Paypal and not a direct payment method? Like Mothered said I'm surprised at their stance on this as they are usually pretty helpful.

It's simply required by the company's administrative department to move forward with your claim.
