Just a heads up , Yodel ask to take a picture of the package inside the property with the door open, assuming your neighbour has no issue with that then all is well. The driver practically launched mine onto the floor with an audible thud! Had I not of claimed an EB I'm sure DOA would have been suitable. 😂ðŸ˜

I just got an email back saying this

This can take some time to conclude and may potentially involve the courier reaching out to you directly and coming back to do an investigation on site.
We will follow up once we have more details from courier.
