Package arrived today,
Contacted support via chat stating empty box who requested a picture of the shipping label and the empty box itself.
Received email stating that they will be contacting the courier for correspondence regarding the package - all in all what was expected and experienced by other users.
Will provide an update in due course regarding the outcome.

I wouldn't think it should take anymore than 2 days, mine was 2 days from order. If they don't arrive tomorrow it may be worth chasing it up with them.

I ordered mine on the weekend (don't think meta operate on the weekend was dispatched Monday think they tried to deliver but the Mrs didn't answer today so I will request to leave with a neighbour tomorrow (even though there will be a different name on the parcel 🤣🤣) since I am at work
