Is this worth doing if I pay with debit? Cant use PayPal (no stealth, got main banned when I was like 15). Would it be wise to do a chargeback to my debit if they keep me waiting like some people on here who disputed with paypal?

Be patient.

The waiting period may result In a successful outcome, hence you'd be wasting a chargeback.

They banned my Oculus account, but that was easily circumvented when Meta accounts rolled out

I'd advise against that,
Meta sometimes complains about issues having happened in your city/area even when you're not responsible for them (claims by other SEers in your area), so they definitely keep track of this kind of info
