Can you give some advices on how I can find refundable stores? How can I find the limits? And btw I’ve read that sending a corrupt proof is working but why?

I mean. Do they don’t want a real proof which shows that it’s actually clear to see? Why they see this as proof if it’s actually a corrupt file?

You need to assure them that It's working fine on your end.

But you are in fact sending a real proof. If you don't think so, you probably will need to change your mindset.
When I'm SEing, the story I write is 100% reality and there is no "but" or any other story. It is just a fact from my perspective and thus being very convincing.
