For lack of a better word, it's just wrong. Lol, one of the first things I'm buying in the US is an electric kettle... I like my tea... RE: Coffee - Oni - 08-07-2016 Not a fan of coffee, although occasionally I'll have some. I used to drink a Red Bull/Monster a day, though. Had to cut back for obvious reasons. It's super cheap, almost guaranteed fair trade, and totally worth the shipping; the caffeine content in some of those blends is ridiculous. Speaking of, Deathwish might interest you, too. How much caffeine is in Deathwish? RE: Coffee - Jiggly - 08-07-2016 (08-07-2016, 02:22 AM)Oni Wrote: Not a fan of coffee, although occasionally I'll have some. I don't have a coffee machine or even a cafeteria. You can still buy really nice instant. Do we need a tea thread? I think we do. According to caffeineinformer it's 660-ish mg, which is 4.7 times as much as a cup of Tim's or 4.125 times as much as Starbucks. I laid off on the energy drinks for a reason. Still might try it, but regular energy drinks normally have <200mg. That's the equivalent of >5 Red Bulls. Deathwish is a very fitting name. It Is labelled as the world's strongest coffee, whereby you comment here fits the description perfectly. I'd say a high consumption would probably do harm to some degree. Does anyone know If they have any warning on the packaging, or If not, whether It should be Included? Looks interesting, need something stronger than my usual nescafé. I've had it and I didn't think it was any stronger, I sat down with friends and drank 3 or 4 cups, just like regular coffee effects wise. I will admit that the first few cups tasted really good for something made in a Cafetiere and it's high quality, but went stale a lot faster than other brands. Imo sort of a rip off, the branding is a ruse and with the money you pay for it it's just not worth it As for the packaging it has shit like "DANGER" written on it for aesthetics but other than that I don't think it has any actual serious warnings on there RE: Coffee - Jiggly - 08-07-2016 (08-07-2016, 08:23 PM)Rick Wrote:(08-06-2016, 07:38 PM)Jiggly Wrote:(08-06-2016, 06:39 PM)Ao Wrote: Instant coffee makes me die a little bit whenever I drink it. However, I also never used to be bothered about having well made shoes until I started wearing real leather ones and now I can't buy cheap ones. Who drinks tea properly with milk in it like the British do? Who is a britfag that happens to not like tea despite the stereotype (and needs to think very carefully about admitting they don't like it in my presence)? See? This topic could go for miles. |
