I think that racism is just like any other type of hate on the internet, it's all just hate. If you go on the internet, you have to be prepared to see and hear anything, which includes racism. If you don't like it, then go back to Tumblr and tag your triggers. On the internet, we are equal opportunity assholes; we make fun of everyone and everything. If you don't like it then the internet is probably not for you. I don't hate black people at all, but I am racist sometimes just to be funny. I hate on a lot of things, not just black people. I also agree with Orbit that black people need to stop calling themselves the "N-word" if they want people to stop using it.
