I also need to work out, I don't know if I'm supposed to be fat or skinny.
I am skinny, but I think it's because I sit at the computer much > where I don't move > So I'm not hungry > Which is why I don't eat much > I become skinny.

I've always had trouble gaining weight and building muscle, I was working out for a bit, but I wasn't motivated, nor was it fun so I stopped.

Every year, this goes for school too, I set up these stupid goals where I say to myself.

- "Okay, now I'm going to get A in every subject and focus in class, I'm also going to start working out".~
It works for 1 week, and then I just go back to the computer.

But still, I've never really cared about my body, or whatever, I've always thought I'm fine.
I've never been motivated to do anything either, computers are where it is. :3

At first I didn't care either, I just ate what ever I could and drink alot of alcohol. I reached my max healthy BMI and actually became quite 'worried'. I didn't want to end up fat. As a kid I always did sports (football and then Muay Thai). I was in a very good condition as kid but became fat as teenager (Age 16~18).

For me that was motivation that I needed. I began serious lifting and saw my body change. Since then I became addicted. Working out 3 times a week, eating healthy and good sleep is what is important. I can't imagine a life without working out. When at work or college I can't wait to work out again. When working out I am able to clear my mind and simply feel good. Looking back I haven't drinked alcohol for 6 months and am a huge change. I'll see if I can post some good pictures sometime.
