i see no-one have mention EVE-ONLINE, it literally takes year to be good at though>_<
though for me is more running around giving away ISK (the games valuta) and doing other stuff, i can end up using a whole day or more on it(depending what happends) and i can go days with barely logging it soooo, guess it don't really count as one.....

I was a addicted gamer, gaming is kind of drugs but in a another way, hard to stop and easy to get addicted..
I quitted after i realise i was spending my family away, and i really didnt care, if i had my computer to play games on i was happy, nothing else..
Many people says to them self "I'm not a addicted gamer" When they can't say to them self, i am really addicted..
Hard to see it ;-)

is impossible for something like that to happen to me because i usually get tired of the games pretty fast, i may play alot for a week a two then i play less and less until it goes months between each time i play, so even if i wanted to it would be impossible for me to do something for too long, same reason i may end up being very active on places like these for a time then i may be gone for months before returning :epic:

I've been addicted to playing world of warcraft for a long time, although I'm currently not addicted anymore but the addiction just comes back sometimes a few times a year
So I always have my WoW ready to be launched!

strictly speaking, that's not one really, is more a "taking a break until i forgot enough about it and is decently fun again" i do it all the times, i never really quit anything, i just take veeeery long breaks :epic:

I was hardly addicted 5-6 years ago to SA:MP (roleyplay)
, but yeah i played all time. Didn't go outside and school grades were bad. Now i play sometime.

I have before to Final Fantasy (I know) a few years ago. I just got number 9 before my friends and I played it non-stop for 2 weeks until I completed it. Hardly ate, slept or anything. Ended up in hospital shortly afterwards before I wasn't drinking enough during that time. Since then I've always tried to be careful, WoW was a pretty big killer for me, I spent days at a time on that beast. I can't ever play it again just in case I get sucked back in to the constant raiding/dailies/raiding/ect

oh well for the final fantasy i don't call this addicted coz the game have lvl if im not wrong so u got addicted few days till you completed the game !! as for the wow yes thats the kind of addiction we talk about

All you addicts need help lol. I play WoW and LoL and they always seem to affect me as I am writing code. I'll be all like, yeah I'll just take a break and play a couple matches.... Yeah right...
