We ourselves start war, back when religion wasn't the problem, it was science about if the Earth was the center of the universe or if we revolve around the sun. People will find something to fight about.

Religion/faith doesn't do anything (start wars or otherwise). People cause conflicts based upon their own worldview (which is inherently flawed). If those people happen to be in a position of power (read politicians) that can order other people to do their bidding, then wars break out.

Religion of course starts wars, look at Terrorist they are doing what they are doing for ALLAH., and Albigensian Crusade which lasted 2 decades.

The always a reason for war either it is Religion, lands or money people can always find a reason to go to war.
