He's a minor. When I got in trouble for swatting (yes I know I was a dumbass) I got 100 hours and a 5 page essay. Once those where complete ALL recorded were sealed

He just has to change his name or in 7 - 10 years petition the courts to have his name wiped off all public records like media, court records, etc. because he's a minor.
