This can take some time to conclude and may potentially involve the courier reaching out to you directly and coming back to do an investigation on site. We will follow up once we have more details from the courier.

Iguess theres not much for me to do from this point except to wait. hopefully investigation is done and over with by Friday as post closes on weekends.

my bad. update: successful claimed DNA through email took forever got sick of waiting then paypal claimed and it was almost instant just in like 2 hours i got refund. but i think META was already planning to refund that’s why

EB worked a treat for me.
Received it, claimed EB and after a week of 'investigation' and a couple of emails back and forth, refund offered.
Only problem, they ask for the empty box back. Not a big deal if you just plan of using the headset for personal use etc, but a pain in the ass if you plan on selling it.

You can FTID them so you don't have to return the original box.
