just go straight to PP and tell them you called microsoft so they dont ask for proof also i opened the dispute before i even got my package and i used the EB method

Yeah he’s kinda weird, I’ve noticed that especially around his rep, which he seems to care a lot about. I left a neutral note on his that he will make a negative rep in retaliation to a completely reasonable negative rep.

just go straight to PP and tell them you called microsoft so they dont ask for proof also i opened the dispute before i even got my package and i used the EB method

i ordered a surface pro and the keyboard for it and i claimed PEB, and because i told them that the talptop/tablet itself was missing they refunded me the full amount.
i just selected that ive contacted microsoft support via phone so  paypal didnt ask what their response was
