Appreciate it lad looks like imma have to order twice also fresh account good too nah or has to be aged account ?

not sure on the fresh account, I used my own account Ive had for years with them. might be why mines was basically refunded on the spot.

Hello fellas,

i tried Steam Deck this week (bought an aged account with a few games) but it failed. I did MEB said that everhthing was there but no steamdeck.

This was the answer from support:

"Hello,

Unfortunately, there is not much we can do at this point. The package left our warehouse containing the product that you purchased, and our records show that the shipment was successfully delivered. We will not be sending you a replacement, nor can we offer you a refund.

We have provided all the information we have for your issue, so your help request is now closed. If you have an unrelated issue please open a new help request and we will be happy to help.

Steam Support"

Maybe it was the steam account so last year i made a double dip with steam deck.

Maybe it was the steam account so last year i made a double dip with steam deck.

that might be the reason. I done it on an account where I had already purchased 2 of the original Steam Decks on, which I can only assume helped me massively with the claim. it was refunded in less than 24 hours

MANUFACTURER EMPTY BOX: Just means that the device itself wasn't in the box.
Just open a simple claim, they don't really care about anything, just the fact that Meta isn't going to respond to the claim !
